The Villas have very good insulation with double glazed windows and roll shutters. The ceiling is made from excellent quality Swedish pine and the finishing with cutting edge Eco-friendly varnish.
Hot water is provided by a low consumption energy saver-boiler.
The placement of the Villas is such that one can enjoy the Greek summer outside in the veranda - garden from late afternoon in a pleasant shade. The need for air conditioning is reduced almost to zero.
The Villas are build in Gaitani only 1.5 Km from Zakynthos town and the harbor, only 5 Km from the airport and few Km from the best places and beaches on the Island. Although close to the best places on the Island the Villas are away from the noisy tourist areas. That way we can bring back the authentic Greek hospitality since we are always there for the guests.
